Have you considered life without TV? I used to watch television programs every night, just like any other person normally does. I grew tired of regular public television and of course had to have cable TV or satellite TV after I lived in the middle of nowhere. Just like any other red-blooded American.

So we all enjoy watching a bit of TV, it's relaxing and enjoyable. However, did you know that prolonged exposure to TV can reduce communication between family members and lower your attention span, even ruin that little creative bug in your head?
