Good
EJ and Nicole made out at Victor's mansion. I am glad that this happened because the writers need to pair EJ up with someone other than Sami. I know that Nicole put the brakes on their makeout session but hopefully that won't be the last time. I would much rather see EJ with Nicole than with Sami.
Nicole has a past with Trent. I am actually interested in knowing what's going on with these two. Well, I'm interested for now. I wonder what he knows about her since she's afraid of him. Maybe he was her pimp or one of her johns. He might have been someone she met while she was a porn star. This story seems better than the one with her fussing with her dog. Now she may actually have a reason to be on the show.
Max and Trent's connection was finally revealed. Max finally told Stephanie the truth. He told her that Trent is his biological father. I'm glad the writers didn't take too long with that reveal. I didn't want to endure Max's attitude all summer long.
Bad
The writers tried to pull a fast one with Trent. I think the only reason that the writers added Trent on the show was because of Max and Stephanie's relationship. Do the writers think that the audience will forget that Max and Stephanie are related if his biological father was written on to the show? Trent being added on the show will not change the fact that Max and Stephanie are uncle and niece. They still shouldn't be together since he still considers himself a Brady.
Paul started the fire. I don't understand why he did that to John. John was the one who helped him when he was in trouble with the law so it didn't make sense for him to stab him in the back like that.
Ugly
Stephanie was obsessed with Max's problem. Stephanie was really getting on my nerves with the way she was obsessing over Max's problem. She was acting as if his problem was her problem. She couldn't let him deal with it himself before she started whining to him about it. I know he's her uncle/boyfriend, but she needs to let Max deal with his problem on his own for a while.
Daniel asked Chelsea out on a date. I really don't understand what Daniel sees in Chelsea. He is too old for her. I know that's nothing new, but they don't look right together. I think the writers are wasting their time forcing Daniel and Chelsea into a storyline together. Daniel should be in a storyline with an older actress instead of being stuck with Chelsea. He's a decent actor, but the best actor in the world couldn't pull off this storyline. Chelsea also needs a different storyline too.
