Buffy Anne Summers, the Chosen One who was sent to kill Vampires and other creatures in Sunnydale, at the Hellmouth is an excellent role model. She relies on her instinct whether she is on the battlefield, or just living her life as a normal girl. Her instinct also makes her formidable as a leader. Rupert Giles is her Watcher, and she relies on him.
She takes responsibility for her actions and is not afraid to stand up and defend herself, and others. Above all, she knows when to ask for help. She proves that when she moves to Sunnydale, on her first day of school goes looking for a tutor, and finds Willow Rosenberg. Buffy does not care that Willow is not popular. Another one her good friends who she depends on is Xander Harris. Anya Jenkins who at one time was a demon becomes a member of their team also. She also found Tara Maclay very helpful for discussing problems she was having.
In order to live the life she has and fulfill her responsibilities as a slayer, she has to have good time management skills in order to study to graduate from high school and get into college. She is also very organized, keeping her slaying weapons in a trunk hidden away under her bed, and she has time to keep her bedroom neat and tidy.
Writing her thoughts in her diary, and taking the time to right little parts on code helps keep her brain active and organize her thoughts, even though they are more about guys then on schoolwork.
Buffy loves fashion, and to show off her figure. Her dresses have been known to be very short. She definitely understands fashion dressed in fitted attire.
Above all, like many heroes, she does what is needed to be done. Putting the sword into Angel even though the spell worked and sending him though the portal was the right thing to do. How could she risk Angelus coming back and she had to close the portal. It was not something she wanted to do, but she had to do it anyway to make things right. That is the sign of a good manager who knows how to take charge. It was also tough for her when she broke up with Riley Finn who she met in college.
To stay at peak for her job of fighting vampires, she is always staying in shape whether she is jazzercising, or honing her fighting skills.
People look for Buffy Summers to be their protector. Her fellow classmates pointed out that because of Buffy, there were fewer deaths in Sunnydale. They trust her with their lives. That kind of trust is not easy to come by. She does not give up so easily.
