Lucas and Lindsay Came Up With a Scheme
They both wanted to find a way to get Haley and Nathan back together. They decided to have their bachelor and bachelorette parties together. They wanted the parties at Haley and Nathan's house, but they were going to keep them in the dark about it.
Jamie Wanted Nathan Back
Jamie wanted to know when Nathan was coming back home. When Haley tried to put on an act as if everything was okay. She broke his heart by saying that it would be a while before Nathan would be back. Nathan must not have been spending that much time with him or else he wouldn't have missed him so much.
Dan Was Released From Prison
Last week, it wasn't revealed whether or not Dan was released from prison. Apparently the parole board let him out early. I wonder why Lucas and Nathan weren't told about him getting out of jail. They were told when Dan was up for parole.
Bevin Was Back
Lucas and Lindsay and Brooke and Owen were at the mall. While they were all talking, they ran into Bevin. It turned out that she is married to Tim and has a son with him. She unknowingly stuck her foot in her mouth. She let it slip that she thought Lucas would marry Peyton. I didn't see the point of bringing Bevin back and not having her see Skills. We could have found out why they broke up.
Victoria Had A Meeting With Brooke
While Brooke and Owen were at the mall, they saw Victoria on her way back from a meeting. Brooke was upset that Victoria had the meeting without her. Victoria was her usual nasty self and blamed Brooke for why she wasn't there. When Victoria left, Owen advised Brooke not to work with her anymore. Broke didn't want to hear it. I think Victoria is up to something for why she keeps having secret meetings without her. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if she ends up taking Brooke's business from her.
Brooke Had Another Blast From the Past
Brooke wanted to hook Peyton up with a friend of Owen's so she wouldn't go to Lindsay and Lucas's party alone. Brooke got a surprise when she found out who the friend was. The friend was her old boyfriend Chase. Owen and Chase didn't realize they were talking about the same Brooke when they both talked about her. Maybe they are writing a triangle for Owen/Brooke/Chase. If not, there wasn't a need to bring him back either.
Victoria Made Things Worse For Rachel
Rachel was already feeling bad, but Victoria made things worse. Victoria kept insulting her and told her how she would never get over her drug problem. That wasn't exactly a productive way to handle Rachel. Victoria didn't care. She must really enjoy making people feel like garbage. Victoria's words must have hit home because she left Brooke's house with the money that Peyton gave her. Peyton gave Brooke back the investment money she gave her to start up her record company. Anyway, Rachel took off with the money. Thanks to Victoria, Brooke wasted her time trying to help her.
Skills Opened Haley's eyes
During Lucas and Lindsay's party, Jamie kept trying to find ways to get his parents to play a game together. It didn't work. Skills found him outside and wanted him to play with him and his friends. Haley stopped Jamie from playing because it was his bedtime. When she had a moment, she let Skills know that Jamie isn't one of the guys and he shouldn't be so rough with him. Skills didn't take that lying down. He let her know that Jamie wanted his family back together, but she didn't notice. There was nothing she could say after that because he was right.
Haley Didn't Want To Fight Anyone
After Haley's talk with Skills she went to Nathan. Nathan apologized again for everything. Haley stopped him and apologized too, but it wasn't for what he thought. She apologized for trying to change him to the person she wanted him to be. She couldn't keep doing “this” anymore. She is really going to punish him for the Carrie thing.
Brooke Fired Victoria
Brooke got in another argument with Victoria. This time they fought over what she did to Rachel. Brooke had enough of her mother and fired her. It was about time. I just hope for Brooke's sake that Victoria doesn't seek revenge.
