Two years ago
The episode started off at a party that happened two years ago. Nathan was drunk and Peyton was mad at him. She broke up with him after she saw him acting crazy. Brooke was drunk too. Brooke and Nathan had sex at the party. Nathan had a camera rolling at the time. He was supposed to erase the tape, but he didn't.
Peyton's reaction to the tape
The rest of the episode resumed back to present day. Peyton was so mad at Brooke that she punched her at the party. I'm not surprised that Peyton reacted the way she did. Brooke was so unforgiving to Peyton when she found out about her kissing Lucas. Brooke really gave Peyton a hard time when she wanted to be forgiven. Now that shoe is on the other foot, Brooke wanted to be forgiven. She expected Peyton to get over what she did overnight though. Brooke had a lot of nerve getting mad at Peyton for what she did with Lucas when she had sex with Nathan. Brooke also had the nerve to bad mouth Peyton to Mouth as if she weren't the one who lied to Peyton.
Haley's reaction to the tape
Haley was really mad at Nathan for making the tape. She didn't want to talk to Nathan at first. When she did talk to him, she wanted him to make a list of the women that he had sex with before he was with her. She was upset when he talked to her about his list. Personally, I didn't see why she was reacting that way. I'm not sure if she is hormonal or not, but she was really overreacting. He was with Brooke before they were together so I don't get why she was so mad. Luckily for Nathan, Haley finally forgave him for being with Peyton.
Chase broke up with Brooke
He was upset that she had sex with Nathan. He said that he would go to the prom with her, but he didn't want to date her anymore. Brooke didn't want to take responsibility for why she kept the truth from him. She chose to blame Peyton for why he dumped her. I think Chase overreacted just like Haley did though. They didn't know each other when she was with Nathan so he didn't have to break up with her like that.
Lucas kept defending Brooke
I didn't understand why he felt the need to keep defending Brooke. He knew how sue kept treating Peyton because of what happened with Lucas. Haley and Peyton told him about what he was doing. Peyton even asked Lucas if he ever defended the person that he's dating. I thought that was so funny and that classic line could apply to couples on other shows too. LOL!
Brooke and Peyton's fight
Brooke was throwing eggs at Peyton's house. After Peyton confronted her, they ended up fighting. Peyton called Brooke out for making fun of her mother's death. She told Brooke that she was dead to her. I thought the fight was going to last longer than it did.
Rachel was expelled
She took the blame for Brooke for cheating and had to see Principal Turner. Rachel got expelled for it. She wanted to help Brooke so that she wouldn't lose her clothing deal. I was so surprised that Rachel would do something like that for someone else. I am still happy that she is leaving though.
Peyton's surprise
Peyton finally decided to go to the prom. She was waiting for Lucas to pick her up. Imagine her surprise when she opened her front door and saw psycho Derek. He punched her in the face that that was how the episode ended. I read that the show won't be back on again until some time next month. That's too bad because I want to know what happens.
